Seasonal Water Conservation Rates

Water Facility Fee

  • $500 per lot for up to and including four lots
  • $2,500 per lot for any lots over four
  • Water Facility Fee must be paid before the Final Subdivision Plat is recorded in the Perquimans County Register of Deeds' Office.
