There is hereby established, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011, the following fees for services as indicated:

Sign Permit	$50.00
Zoning Map Change (Re-Zoning)	$300.00
Zoning Text Change	$300.00
Conditional Use Permit	$300.00
Planned Unit Development	$300.00 + Applicable Subdivision Fees
Appeal or Interpretation	$300.00
Variance Request	$300.00
Subdivision Sketch Plat	$100.00
Minor or Abbreviated Subdivision Plat	$50.00
Preliminary Plat	$100 + $15 per lot
Final Plat	$100 + $15 per lot
Wireless Telecommunication Facility	$300 + cost of consultant*
Wireless Telecommunication Operating Permit	$300 + cost of consultant*
*not to exceed $5,000; if costs exceeds $5,000, then amount in excess is shared equally between County and Applicant.
